Built high-scale products from the ground up to facilitate job placement in India’s light-skilled segments. This involved implementing WhatsApp integration for notifications and conducting phone interviews using Exotel. I successfully managed cross-data centre requests and developed services capable of handling over high queries per second.
Tech challenges involves CROSS DC communications, DB sharding, Server sent events, distributed cache handling, Prod metrics and monitors, building oncall process.

Worked in Last Mile Org, focused on hiring delivery service providers and agents. Led onboarding, vetting, and won Hackathon award for innovative chatbot POC for interviewing and hiring agents. Worked on multiple AWS infra such as Dynamo DB, AWS SQS, Cloud watch and so on.

Developed automated call reminder services, created mass hiring event solutions, built a user-friendly web application, implemented chatbots and refined search engine operations. Led a screening team utilizing a hybrid approach and machine learning models.
